All our services are civil liability insured. This means that we will fully compensate your expenses for any errors, should they occur.

Nowadays, almost everything can be done via the internet and with the help of couriers, so your company can be located anywhere, and we will still be able to provide you with the necessary services. For example, we have long-standing collaborations with companies from both Ventspils and Daugavpils.

This is a business built on mutual trust. Either we rely on each other, or we don’t work together. If, for any reason, you are no longer satisfied with us, you can always terminate the cooperation agreement without any penalties, provided you give one month’s prior notice.

Currently, Latvian legislation requires accounting entries to be made on original documents, so they will need to be with us for a period, but we will return them to you. Contracts, if necessary, can be submitted as copies.

Inspections usually take place at our office, as both the company’s original documents and our knowledgeable staff are located there, who will answer SRS questions without undue stress. Only cash operation inspections and warehouse inventory checks will need to be conducted at your premises.

Of course, as all invoices are entered into the accounting software, which allows for easy creation of payment orders and import into internet banking systems. You will only need to review and confirm these payments.

This offer applies only to new clients who have signed up with us through our website. Another exception is if we determine that serious errors have been made in your company’s accounting records for previous periods. However, even in such a case, we will certainly be able to agree on mutually acceptable terms.

Having an in-house accountant has both its pros and cons, which is why relatively large companies also use outsourced services. Sometimes they entrust us only with payroll calculations, other times with their entire accounting. These services are particularly popular among foreign-capital companies operating in Latvia.

Our 20 years of experience show that the minimum price level is a fairly accurate indicator of a service provider’s quality. Usually, a low price means serious long-term problems, as these accountants lack the resources not only to delve into your situation but also for their own development and ensuring consistent quality. But, by the way, we also offer a very good price for startups and very small companies – starting from €120 per month.

The best time to switch is in January, allowing the previous accountant to complete the financial year, but it can be done on the 1st of any month. Please read more about this here.
