Regarding the state of emergency declared in the country to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, please be advised that our office will operate until January 11, 2022, strictly adhering to all government-imposed restrictions on work organization, which means that:

• Your accountants, wherever possible, are working remotely;
• For monthly document submission, please utilize electronic submission options as much as possible;
• All meetings with clients or visitors will be conducted remotely, by prior arrangement with your accountant (the same applies to the manager);
• If you need to submit accounting documents physically, please leave them in the mailbox by the office door, which will be checked regularly;
• If it is unavoidable to visit our office in person for document submission, please arrange it in advance with the responsible accountant and arrive wearing a face mask – prepared to present a valid COVID-19 vaccination or recovery certificate, which we will ask to see;
• If you are not vaccinated or have not recovered from COVID-19 and wish to physically submit documents to your responsible accountant or discuss necessary matters – please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment with the responsible accountant, and we will conduct it outdoors – in our office courtyard, wearing face masks and maintaining epidemiologically safe distancing;
